Invites item rate tenders in sealed covers from reputed agencies
and contractors for ‘Restoration of St Anne’s Church, Talaulim,
Tiswadi, Goa. The Contractors should have an experience of at
least 5 years of similar work and should have undertaken works
(individual projects) worth Rs 75 lakhs.

Bids are invited in two separate
envelopes with pre-qualification and Financial bids. Financial
bids of the pre-qualified contractors will be considered for
final selection. Bid documents / tenders are available at the
Architectural Heritage Division, INTACH, 71, Lodi Estate, New
Delhi – 110003. Tel: 011-24631818 /24621304; Fax: 011-24611290,
on all working days till July 14, 2008 between 1100 hours to
1600 hours by payment of Rs 1500/- non refundable by Cash or
Demand Draft in favour of INTACH, payable at New Delhi.
Additional Rs 200 should be added for postal delivery of the
tender document. The filled tender document should reach INTACH
before or on July 15 (by 3.00 pm). Bids received after this date
and time or incomplete applications /bids for any reason will
not be considered. The tender documents received shall be opened
in the presence of bidders on July 16, 2008 at 3.30 pm. INTACH
reserves all rights to reject any or all the applications / bids
without assigning any reason thereof.
