Ezekiel Isaac Malekar

Ezekiel Isaac Malekar is head of the Jewish community in Delhi. He is the Honorary Secretary and priest of the Judah Hyam Synagogue. A human rights activist and scholar of Judasim. Ezekiel Malekar is actively involved in inter-faith community activities.

He is a recipient of the Mahavir mahatma Award for preserving Jewish heritage and culture in India, and the Ambassador of Peace Award instituted by the Federation for Religious harmony and Brotherwood. He has contributed several articles in leading newspapers.
